The SwiftReady for Securities Settlement label was awarded to Information Mosaic's pot-trade operations platform IMSecurities. The scalable post-trade automation platform for asset-servicing, securities settlement, trade portfolio and cash management. The award marks the fourth year in a row that IMSecurities has achieved the certification.

Information Mosaic's corporate actions solution, IMActions, automates the complete corporate actions lifecycle from announcement capture and clearing to entitlements, notifications, elections and allocations. Under the SWIFTReady 2012 certification, Information Mosaic has demonstrated its ability to process the full set of corporate action message and has proven is understanding and technical mapping of these messages and the nuances associated with varied national market practice, to SWIFT. The award for corporate actions represents the eighth consecutive year Information Mosaic has been awarded the label.
